Gold Nugget Merit Awards for Hacienda Heights & The Laureate
The Gold Nugget Awards (“the oldest and most prestigious residential design awards in the nation”) have recognized two PYATOK projects this year with Awards of Merit: Hacienda Heights, Richmond, CA, for Best Affordable 55+ Housing, and The Laureate, Berkeley, for Best Student Housing On or Off Campus.
Organized by the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC) the Gold Nugget awards recognize “those who improve our communities through exceptional concepts in design, planning and development.” 2023 marks the awards 60th annual cycle. PYATOK projects have received some 45 Gold Nuggets (either Merit or Grand awards) dating back to 1995.
